Securing Google Kubernetes Engine with Cloud IAM and Pod Security Policies Reviews

This lab (and parts of this module that discusses Pod Security Policy) are outdated. PSP was deprecated in 1.21 and removed in 1.25+. This module and lab must be updated to talk about Pod Security Admission. Additionally, it'd be great if there's some intro to OPA/Gatekeeper.
