It took over an hour for Airflow server to spin up and and it actually did not spin up because of error. its probably GCP issue or quicklabs configuration issue - not sure

Waiting times are too long compared to actual lab content. Furthermore, Cloud Composer creation failed on first try and asked to "retry later". While this was successful, it took too much time.
