Running into errors with Task 3. I was connected with a support person and it took them 10 minutes to get to where I was at. Which ran my clock down and I was unable to finish the lab. They were trying to explain how to create buckets and I was past this step. Although the support was very nice, they were not prepared to remedy this issue quickly. They tried to reassure me that it would take 2 minutes but I was waiting for 12 minutes for them to catch up.

This lab was not configured for the project - I had to reach out to support and that took of time, since the project was not ready to begin with.
