I followed the lab instructions exactly by setting the region to us-west8 and the zone to us-west8-a. However, every attempt to create the GKE cluster fails with PERMISSION_DENIED and LOCATION_POLICY_VIOLATED. The project also returns Account not found errors for the temporary Qwiklabs account. It appears that the lab project is not correctly provisioned or does not allow access to the required location.
