Serverless Data Processing with Dataflow - Writing an ETL Pipeline using Apache Beam and Cloud Dataflow (Python) not finding the setting In the Console, expand the Navigation menu (Navigation menu icon), then select Vertex AI > Workbench. Enable Notebooks API. -->At the top of the page click New Notebook, and select Smart Analytics Framework > Apache Beam > Without GPUs

Not seeing "analytics framework" after "click New Notebook". The only options in the drop down are: Customize, Python 3, TensorFlow Enterprise, and Pytorch 1:12.
