I was trying to run jupyterlabs from my google cloud console from incognito mode as mentioned in the labs guide. But I was constantly facing this issue. This site can’t be reached The web page at https://18115ac4e1793980-dot-us-central1.notebooks.googleusercontent.com/?authuser=1&username=student_b84fcf38 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR Also my tokens were spent on this, but I could not complete the lab due to this issue.
