Fail!!!! Enable the Vertex AI API In the Google Cloud Console, on the Navigation menu, click Agent Platform > Overview. Click ENABLE APIS. Click Check my progress to verify the objective. Please enable the Notebooks API. Enable the Notebooks and Agent Platform APIs Please enable the Notebooks API. doesn't work!
