The lab directions are wrong, you need to start the Notebooks API and the Agent Platform API individually from the Library search, not from the Agent Platform Overview GUI or the lab grader fails to give you credit for starting the APIs

It wouldn't realize that I had finished everything because it somehow couldn't detect that I already enabled all APi like Task 0 made me do. Wasted all my time completing the other steps hoping it would go through. Maybe because I have an university student account.
