even if the api keys are enabled the grading is not evaluated , but all remaining tasks completed, if api's not enabled how we complete remaing tasks, atleast make change .

This is my 6th attempt and there seems to be some issues with the console and the skills platform not talking to each other. I have raised the issue on more than one occasion and I have been asked to restart the course which means additional credits being used up. I would prefer that my credit is restored and also course marked as complete given that its not a learner issue and possibly a technical glitch that is not within my scope to fix.
