Google Cloud Fundamentals: Getting Started with Cloud Storage and Cloud SQL Reviews

**Issue Description** I am unable to complete the lab because the Cloud Storage bucket creation step fails, even though I am using the commands exactly as provided in the lab instructions. Command used: `gcloud storage buckets create -l $LOCATION gs://$DEVSHELL_PROJECT_ID` Environment variables are set correctly: * `DEVSHELL_PROJECT_ID=qwiklabs-gcp-04-9d366fd9a511` * `LOCATION=US` However, the command returns the following errors: * `Regional Access Boundary HTTP request failed: Account not found for email: student-02-7b885e02eb37@qwiklabs.net` * `HTTPError 409: The requested bucket name is not available. The bucket namespace is shared by all users of the system.` Because of this backend/provisioning issue, I am unable to create the required Cloud Storage bucket and cannot proceed with the remaining lab tasks. Please verify the lab environment and the temporary student account, or provide a replacement lab environment so I can complete the exercise.

Why there is no button at the bottom to end the lab? When we reach to the bottom following the instructions, it is much tedious to scroll all the to the top just to end the lab.
