The startup script wouldn't work due to a lock on apt-get which I could see via sudo journalctl -u google-startup-scripts.service I had to add a sleep to the startup-script while fuser /var/lib/dpkg/lock-frontend >/dev/null 2>&1; do sleep 2 done for it to finally work & install the web server, but by then I had to go back & edit the external bloghost vm ip that was configured when setting up the DB, as I had rebooted the bloghost vm a few times when troubleshooting, so its ephemeral ip had changed after having specified the range in the db section of lab.. Then I noticed that the lab said it was 100/100, so ended up as it just wasn't worth continuing. The Startup script issue needs to be corrected in the lab guidance.

It was nice but it seems a bit outdated. Some options didn't match and I had issues with the script's shebang.
