Some problem with apache start script, and the ip instance correction on index.php file not really visible ( I needed to read a lot of time to see that I'm missing this instruction )

Students using corporate computers for these exercises may be unable to access the bare IP URLs referenced in the exercise. My zscaler client prevented me from doing so. I was able to get around it by loading the site on another device, but not every student is going to know this.
