The pubic IP is confusing. It should mention pasting public IP from the instance of the web, not the public ip of the SQL itself.

The automation startup script didn't work as intended. Fortunately instructor had mentioned this may happen and provided workaround during class however would have likely become stuck without having had this advice from teacher. May wish to consider including workaround advice in lab
