unable to complete the lab for setting up the network on the Cloud SQL instance. Even after creating the Network as required, the validation step on the lab was failing and hence ended the Lab to restart another one. Update - Even upon retrying the lab, Step is not getting completed.

- the startup script should use sudo. apache was never installed with the provided startup script.
