opened deployment manager in second tab after error message about 3rd party cookies appeared. When I tried to deploy config.yaml it could not find the file. Could be an issue with Google Chrome Incogneto mode and default browser settings. I might need to try again without incogneto mode. This lab is horrible! I tried it a second time. Did all the steps correctly using normal browser settings. The Cloud Deployment Manager saved the files, but the Cloud shell could not see them. I manually recreated them using vi, and it errored out saying I had unicode settings and doesn't support it. I manually recreated it a second time typing it by hand in vi, and got the same error.
