creating load balancer step somehow not working while starting it. Keeps saying Waiting for the load balancer.

I am unable to complete the lab because I encountered a physical problem. On section 5 > Add a Backend, the scroller bar will not move up & down, not permitting me to make the necessary configurations to complete the lab. The Frontend configuration worked fine.
