lab finally updated and now works great as long as you give the "check my progress to verify the objective" time to think to show completed properly

All the steps require resources to successfully provision and start up: nginx needs to accept connections, svc need to attach to a new external IP. There is no mention of those wait time in the instructions (I only know as I've been using kubernetes for a while..), so the Qwiklab progress checks will fail (with no useful message!) and give the impression that something is wrong, even if everything has been done correctly and the user just need to wait further. While waiting for an ip to attach, the instruction suggest to manually run the 'kubectl get' command, rather than using the '-w' flag.
