The instruction for Task 8. View Cloud Audit logs '.... This will take you to the Cloud Activity UI and then click on View Log Explorer, Select Cloud KMS Key Ring...'. The 'View Log Explorer' is no longer on the UI, it's just displayed under' log field' on the lower left corner
