Task 6 step 4, there is not "Principals in the right info panel". There is an "add principals" and table with column name containing "roles/principals" but I don't think that is what the instructions are referring to. Maybe the accounts under "Cloud KMS Admin" or "Cloud KMS CryptoKey Encrypter/Decrypter" should be referred to here instead?
