https://dl.google.com/cloudagents/install-logging-agent.sh url at Task 4 reply with a 404 not found so it's impossible to install monitoring agent on virtual machine. After send a kill %1 it seems that nothing change on monitoring chart only after a few minutes you can see the line going down
