Wrong API name for Stackdriver in Lab description - described as "Stackdriver monitoring API", but is actually called "Cloud Monitoring API" Bug in GCP Console - when selecting Service Account, when I click to "Allow full Access to all Cloud APIs" and then back to default "Set access for each API", Service Account gets changed to "No Service Account"
