I got "ResourceExhausted: 429 Resource exhausted. Please try again later. Please refer to https://cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/generative-ai/docs/error-code-429 for more details." error and tried running the cell again after 1 minute but it wasn't fixed. I want my credits back.
