When running command `sudo touch /var/lib/man-db/auto-update` you get the error `touch: cannot touch '/var/lib/man-db/auto-update': No such file or directory` as the man-db dir no longer exists. I had to create the dir first then create the file. Lab needs to be updated to accommodate newer OS images.

the steps need to be updated , as we cant create an instance without a subnet and it shows no subnet available in the region
