unable to proceed with lab. There isnt any instance in App Engine Dashboard to proceed from. ERROR: (gcloud.app.deploy) NOT_FOUND: Unable to retrieve P4SA: [service-1038615887920@gcp-gae-service.iam.gserviceaccount.com] from GAIA. Could be GAIA propagation delay or requestfrom deleted apps.

need to delete the uptime check before it will let you delete the email notification since. get an error unable to delete due to the email alert still being referenced. So just need to change the order have the student delete the uptime checks then remove the email alerting etc.
