Could not delete "projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-f670f4437025/notificationChannels/2426048904469725879" because it is still being referenced by: "projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-f670f4437025/alertPolicies/13104797734807730988" won't let me delete my email. I had to update my email ID with invalid email.

In the last steps of the instructions the Alert Policy needs to be deleted before the notifaction channel. Otherwise the channel cannot be deleted.
