A little bit outdated. Impossible to run the app in cloud shell, some env variable is not set. Names for GCE are now VM... Things are slow to detect acomplishment. Received no email on my student account

lab fails continously for step "examine the cloud logs", but the rest works and the objective can be clearly fulfilled.
