after removing public IP-address from privatenet-us-vm do you believe the following commands won't work: gsutil ls gs://gcp-next2017-security-bootcamp/README and gsutil cat gs://gcp-next2017-security-bootcamp/README ? it looks like they do work because internal IP-address is used in this case. Could you pls. double-check?
