The last 2 commands (with gsutil) at the end of the section "Verify connectivity from privatenet-us-vm" still work even without the extenal IP address (and the NAT). I am not sure whether I missed a step, I did something wrong, or if the protocol "gs://" is treated in a special way. Anyways, I really liked this lab too. Thanks team.
