Different format for commands (smaller 'grey' area was confusing as the overflowing text was the same colour as the background....

The dashboard part at the end of the lab is ineffective, because the service account is not able to display any resources: namespaces is forbidden: User "system:serviceaccount:kube-system:kubernetes-dashboard" cannot list namespaces at the cluster scope: Unknown user "system:serviceaccount:kube-system:kubernetes-dashboard"
