the automl-service on us-east1 returned with error when tried to set the ENDPOINT, after i changed to us-central1 it works.. there should be a note for that occasion

In the `ENDPOINT=$(gcloud run services describe automl-service --platform managed --region us-west1 --format 'value(status.url)')` command, the machine location can be different. Probably spotted out to students.
