Short time for elaborate the last command, error 500 if we doesn't use the incognito table... long periods of inactivity, not easy to follow

Session hung while importing image and could not progress for training the model, Time given for the lab is not sufficient if you are trying from home! All sort of trouble while trying for the second time , importing the file in dataset resulted in error and the training support is clueless about it ! worthless support, labs should have possible extension capability if users are stuck and can't progress in the steps. Assistance should be prompt to avoid ticking of the clock time out!
