Takes >25 min to load the images, >1h to train the model and >40min to deploy the model. Since the lab is timed for 2h, there is no chance to finish on time.

Tasks were taking much longer than expected (+40mn to create the dataset, training also took more than 40mn. I had 22mn left when I launched the deployment and it had not finished yet when time was up) I recommend allocating more time to do the lab
