Import Data to a Firestore Database Reviews

I am facing the issue in completing this particular lab. I have followed all the instructions even then the 2nd part is throwing error and because of that I am not able to complete the lab. Please help me with this.

Every single step was hard. Its hard to find things on the page and I faced errors. When I went to select my region, the drop down menu was empty and I couldn't move on. Delays stacked and I didn't have time to get through the entire thing. The instructions need to be more clear and images would help.
