Command of Step 10 was wrong. gcloud projects add-iam-policy-binding $GOOGLE_CLOUD_PROJECT --member=serviceAccount:service-$PROJECT_NUMBER@gcp-sa-pubsub.iam.gserviceaccount.com --role=roles/iam.serviceAccountTokenCreator -> ERROR: Policy modification failed. For a binding with condition, run "gcloud alpha iam policies lint-condition" to identify issues in condition. ERROR: (gcloud.projects.add-iam-policy-binding) INVALID_ARGUMENT: Service account service-840574759439@gcp-sa-pubsub.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not exist. --- I rewrite the service account in the command for the account that was created before step 10.
