The final part is really strange. Upon uploading the files, two of them were converted. There is a note that says "Note: Re-run the command if you don't see all the converted PDF files in -processed bucket." So I ran the command two more times to finally get all the files converted to PDF. But why does this happen? Is it because some of the notifications are not delivered to the Rest endpoiont in cloud Run? Or, is the app not capable of handling the push from pubsub and loses some notifications? kind of odd how it was worked around by invoking the command multiple times.
