The node image is old and you can't install libreoffice. I figure it out you can fix it by using this version 18.16.0-slim

issues with apt-get

dockfile instructions returnes an error shown below: /bin/sh: 1: sudo: not found The command '/bin/sh -c sudo apt-get install -y libreoffice' returned a non-zero code: 127 ERROR ERROR: build step 0 "gcr.io/cloud-builders/docker" failed: step exited with non-zero status: 127

I followed all the instruction, got error on step 6 in submitting build to Cloud Build "http://security.debian.org/debian-security stretch/updates Release" when running apt-get update -y in docker container. I changed the image from node:12 to node latest and it works. Please fix this instruction
