The service accounts have changed

In this lab it wasn't clear to me how and where the token creation part happened. Additionally the command giving serviceAccountTokenCreator role to serviceAccount:service-$PROJECT_NUMBER@gcp-sa-pubsub.iam.gserviceaccount.com failed because the service account isn't existing.
