There's a problem with the service agent(service account) granting command. It doesn't find the 'service-{PROJECT_ID}@gcp-sa-pubsub.iam.gserviceaccount.com' service account student_01_1e87e77171d3@cloudshell:~/pet-theory/lab05/email-service (qwiklabs-gcp-01-9ae38a6aafaa)$ gcloud projects add-iam-policy-binding $GOOGLE_CLOUD_PROJECT --member=serviceAccou nt:service-$PROJECT_NUMBER@gcp-sa-pubsub.iam.gserviceaccount.com --role=roles/iam.serviceAccountTokenCreator ERROR: Policy modification failed.
