in email service there is command which uses iamservceemailid its formatted in a way. well iamserviceaccount email id generared for me was different. so i wasted time to debug error . Then I figured out thta service account dont exiist so way of formatting ACCOUNT must be wrong ERROR: Policy modification failed. For a binding with condition, run "gcloud alpha iam policies lint-condition" to identify issues in condition. ERROR: (gcloud.projects.add-iam-policy-binding) INVALID_ARGUMENT: Service account service-472624199720@gcp-sa-pubsub.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not exist.
