ERROR: (gcloud.run.deploy) You may not have more than 10 total instances in your project.

Deployments autoscale default value is set to 100, but for training its failing with "You may not have more than 10 total instances in your project". Once that is set other services can't be deployed as we reached maximum usage. Instructions and the commands to include autoscale with 1 or 2 value should be updated.

The steps where you modify and create file...it does not tell you where (what folder) to create them. The execution of ./deploy.sh never worked
