Some of the labs seem buggy beyond use. This one for example won't allow one to get beyond the first verification step. I can see that the topic exists in the console. It was created with a command that the lab supplied -- gcloud pubsub topics create new-lab-report. The lab is unable, however, to verify the existence of the topic so created.
