Build a Resilient, Asynchronous System with Cloud Run and Pub/Sub Reviews

I'm getting error in 2nd task even if the I did the correct process - the file has been created and cleared the first check progress. I have been facing these errors for two labs today and for some previous labs too. Please try to resolve, its effecting the course completion and learning

The dockerfiles as written don't work - need node14 at least. Also the sms services has a permissions error.
