Error on step to start the workstation: Failed to start my-workstation: Timed out provisioning your VM because your config is degraded with message: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-03-df24cdf4f260/zones/us-east1-d' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later. I think instructions should give some troubleshooting tips for the issuse.
