The lab seemed rather short. While it was a great introduction, it could have been driven home by adding at least two compute nodes, and then demonstrating that pinging between them is either possible or impossible based on the configuration. I would imagine a lot of beginner-level students wouldn't get anything useful from this lab, while intermediate and advanced students would find it boring. However, it did accomplish the goal of introducing the concepts!
