Couldn't work on the code lab: the provisioned cluster on us-west1 doesn't allow me to create any workstation configuration; I tried creating a new cluster but didn't work either (the creation process wouldn't resolve)

Whenever I create a workstation configuration, it appears as degraded. There are no options/tips in the lab for how to resolve the issue. This issue means the lab isn't completable if you have that issue.
