labs are having issue and not getting sufficient support

For the last check progress button, even though I spent the past 1 hour or more on following each and every step showed here it is showing me "you have not completed this step", "Please append /inventory to the URL obtained" and which is exactly what I did. Even after multiple tries it's still showing me the same. I am very disappointed by this and now I have to restart the whole lab once again. Please Look into it Google Cloud.
