Las configuraciones por default sacan un error que dicen que la cuota a sido excedida, por lo que buscar que cambiar en la configuración hace que se pierda bastante tiempo en la configuración del entorno , Me molesto que despues de crear la nueva aplicación el servicio de cloud run y de gemini no funcionaran y se mantuvieron en cargando por un buen tiempo por lo que toco buscar la extensión desabilitarla y volverla a activar
