This confirms the issue is likely due to shared lab backend quotas rather than user workflow. Please review the quota allocation for this lab environment.

I was able to complete the lab with the help of Gemini, but there was an issue where I couldn't use geminicodeassist and this made me frustrated. In the end I just used Gemini to complete the lab.
