Streaming Data Processing: Streaming Data Pipelines Reviews

It wasn't clear whether to navigate to a new console tab or keep switching around in the same console tab. It wasn't clear when to close the GitHub repo tabs. Some of the instructions didn't match the latest UI details.

This lab did not work the first time.
