There were several errors like the first time I created the average speed pipeline. I just re-created it. It also should tell you that it takes several minutes for the Job Metrics to start showing up in the dashboard. I thought I did something wrong. Lastly when looking for resources for alerting etc, sometimes you use dataflow_job and sometimes data low job it's a little confusing but wither works.
